I still have not received my order
In the event that your item/items do not arrive within the shipping times stated, please email contact@my-styles.co.uk with your order number and details of the item/items that have not arrived to enable us to inform the relevant Partner/Partners for resolution.
The items received are incorrect or are defective
Our Partners are responsible for handling all queries regarding returns and refunds of their products. Please email contact@my-styles,co.uk with your order number and details of the issue within 14 days of receiving your item/items to enable us to inform the relevant Partner/Partners for resolution. Should a refund arise, My-Styles Services Limited will action the refund on the Partner’s behalf.
